Front of House Administrator

I am recruiting for a Front of House Administrator to be the welcoming face of a busy office for a company I have partnered with in the construction industry. This role is ideal for someone who excels in providing excellent customer service and can efficiently handle a variety of administrative tasks, including support for our transport manager.

Day-to-day of the role for the administartor:

  • Answering the phone and directing calls as necessary.
  • Greeting clients and visitors, ensuring they feel welcomed and assisted.
  • Performing general administrative duties to support the smooth running of the office.
  • Assisting the transport manager with administrative tasks.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages.
  • Maintaining a tidy and organised front desk and reception area.
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings and preparing spaces for appointments as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications for the administrator:

  • Proven experience in a front-of-house or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software, including word processing and email.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A friendly and professional demeanour.
