Hales Group are urgently seeking Production Operative to join for our client based close to Fakenham.
This is a great opportunity for someone who likes a varied role where you can get your hands dirty and be part of a small friendly team where everyone can get stuck in to get the job done. You will contribute to the growth of the business by ensuring that the site performs at its best allowing production targets to be met.
The role of Production Operative will include;
- Ensuring feed safety is a priority during production.
- Completion of daily cleaning schedules
- General Mill cleaning – hovering, mopping and general hygiene.
- Support maintenance teams by communicate any observed issues and basic maintenance tasks
- Wider support for overall mill growth supporting with projects or ad hoc work as part of the wider team.
To be considered for the role of Production Operative you will need;
- Experience within manufacturing
- Knowledge of hygiene standards within food processing
- Flexibility to support with production and maintenance
- Must have own transport due to the location of the site
HOURS: Monday to Thursday 6am-4pm, Friday 6am-2pm
PAY: £12.00 per hour
LOCATION: Walsingham
DURATION: 6 months
