Job Title: Marketing Manager

Salary: £34,000 - £38,000 (Dependent on experience)
Job Type: Full time/permanent - Hybrid working (2 days in the office)

Duties include:
- Developing and implementing marketing plans to target new business
- Supporting sales activities by promoting our expertise and brand
- Producing and publishing tailored content in various formats across the website and social media
- Keeping a close eye on responses and tracking each campaign
- Being the "go to " person for external copywriters, printers & graphic designers
The person:
- At least 3 years' experience working preferably from B2B background
- Proven experience in developing and executing matrix driven marketing campaigns
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM
- Expertise with using SEO to write creative copy
- Ability to produce engaging on brand content (written, audio, video) with support when required
- Solid understanding of social media best practices scheduling tools
- Understanding of sustainability practices would be a bonus
