Carbon60 are currently recruiting for a Stores Operative in Wigan to join one of our clients on the Heinz Site. Our client is a large engineering company with over 200 sites across the UK and Ireland. Our client provides a wide range of engineering services.
This Stores Operative role is on a temp to perm basis and has become available due to continued growth and expansion based on the Heinz site in Wigan. Please note for this role you will be required to carry out a training period at a different site, we are looking to get people started on the 9th September at a different site in Merseyside until 1st October when you will start at Heinz.
Role Responsibilities will include:
- Stock counting and checking
- Stores 5's.
- Goods in and goods out
- Stores ad hoc duties.
Skills and Experience required:
- Previous warehouse/ stores experience
- Experience working in an engineering environment would be desired but not required
- Good customer/ client communication and organisational skills
This position is working both days and nights with a shift pattern of: 2 days 7am - 7pm, 2 nights 7pm - 7am, then 6 days off.
