- Do you have experience and the understanding of working with children with a wide range of abilities?
- An interest, motivation, and passion for working with Additional Needs and developing your skills to facilitate this?
- Are you aware of Triggers & Traits and are able to put in place successful strategies.
- Do you have a high level of professionalism and the ability to distinguish personal and professional boundaries.
- Do you have a Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant/Care Qualification?
