Project Controls Manager - Heathrow.
Heathrow Airport is mid way through it's current Regulatory period and has a huge workload - both air-side and in the terminals with major programmes in security, baggage and other revenue streams.
Our client is a best in class consultancy seeking to expand it's onsite team down at Heathrow with experienced management level Project Controls professionals who can lead day to day on major programmes.
Some key responsibilities of the role:
- Supporting the client on all governance and assurance activities
- Support coordination of PMO deliverables including engagement with stakeholders and the supply chain including ARPs, MPP, Designers, Functional leads and key client stakeholders as required.
- Team / resource management.
- Production and assurance of report to key client stakeholders,
- Act as first line of scrutiny for Month End integrity reports and checks and assurance of Programme Performance - Cost, Schedule, Risks, Assumptions, Escalations, etc.
Ideal experience (but not essential) for the role:
- Infrastructure experience - aviation experience that would be a plus.
- Experience across the whole lifecycle of projects and Programmes (design & construction).
- Experience in a regulated industry and heavy governance.
- NEC experience.
- EVM experience.
- Change Control experience.
- Managing a team and stakeholder engagement (a good multi-tasker).
- Cost Control experience.
- Planning knowledge.
