FRS are recruiting a Finance Assistant for a reputable organisation based in Coventry. The business offer hybrid working and a competitive salary of £25-30k.
There will be a focus on Purchase Ledger, you will supporting operations by working as part of a team and reporting into the Financial Controller. Suitable candidates will be experienced using Sage and MS Excel alongside having 3-4 yeas experience within a similar role.
Duties will include
- Processing supplier invoices and assisting with weekly payment runs
- Processing expense claims for employees
- Ensuring that Monthly reconciliation of accounts payables and General Ledger
- Ensure supplier statement recs are done for suppliers
- Assisting with Month-End journal postings
- Supporting the Purchase Ledger team when the need arises including assisting with weekly payment run
- Assisting with monthly review of Profit & Loss accounts of some of the subsidiaries and commenting on the variance
- Assist with various Month-End tasks
