In this role you will:

  • Analyse system performance and recommend improvements or optimisations.
  • Perform regular system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user manuals, system specifications, and process flows.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep them informed of project status, issues, and changes.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

About you:

  • Continuous improvement – always seeking ways to optimise our existing systems and recommend improvements.
  • Solutions orientated – the desire to overcome hurdles and the ability to problem solve.
  • Attention to detail – an analytical mindset, testing systems, monitoring risk and creating detailed documentation to support your findings.
  • Excellent communicator - the ability to keep colleagues and stakeholders clearly informed and up to date.
  • A passion for IT systems – experience working within a system testing environment.
