In this role you will:
- Analyse system performance and recommend improvements or optimisations.
- Perform regular system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user manuals, system specifications, and process flows.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep them informed of project status, issues, and changes.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
About you:
- Continuous improvement – always seeking ways to optimise our existing systems and recommend improvements.
- Solutions orientated – the desire to overcome hurdles and the ability to problem solve.
- Attention to detail – an analytical mindset, testing systems, monitoring risk and creating detailed documentation to support your findings.
- Excellent communicator - the ability to keep colleagues and stakeholders clearly informed and up to date.
- A passion for IT systems – experience working within a system testing environment.
