Our client's General Insurance team is seeking a Solicitor or Associate with experience in Housing Disrepair and Personal Injury to join their team in Newcastle.
As a Solicitor or Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Progressing cases efficiently in collaboration with partners and associates.
- Managing cases in line with service level agreements and best practices for our valued and long-standing clients.
- Prioritizing tasks effectively to maximize efficiency.
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Enhancing your technical and commercial knowledge through training and practical experience.
About You
- Post-qualification experience in EL/PL Housing Disrepair and Personal Injury, with a focus on litigation.
- Experience managing a varied caseload in a busy commercial environment.
- Strong technical and commercial expertise, with a solid understanding of principles and case law.
- Initiative and a willingness to develop new skills, supported by an experienced team.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
