Market Research Manager - 12 months FTC - Salary circa £50,000

We are looking for a Market Research Manager for a 12-months FTC. If you have extensive market research and insight experience combined with brand background, we would love to hear from you!

A bit about the job:

The role holder is responsible for scanning the market & key research programmes to identify key reputational and sentiment trends and share this insight within B&CA (Brand & Corporate Affairs), across all stakeholders. This role requires the analysis of key trends and patterns to identify new opportunities and feed a pipeline of insight that show the opportunities for B&CA to build trust and belief in Aviva as the UK's leading Insurance, Wealth, and Retirement business. Responsible for providing an independent assessment of the impact of the Brand & Corporate Affairs Function.

Skills and experience we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in managing research and insight programmes within the Financial Services industry
  • Stakeholder and communications management - Manage stakeholders' research needs, and communicate to a variety of different audiences and contribute to negotiations relating to project objectives.
  • Expertise in all aspects of market research, both quantitative and qualitative to drive the generation of actionable insight.
  • Experience of conducting research among a range of external stakeholders including Journalists, politicians, NGOs, Academia, general public, Brokers, SMEs.
  • Numerate degree e.g., Business Studies, Economics, Geography, Psychology, Market Research Society (MRS) qualification/membership and proficiency in key Microsoft Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

  • Salary - circa £50,000 (depending on skills, experience, and qualifications)
