Key Responsibilities:
- Enforce and maintain the school's behaviour policies effectively.
- Engage with students to identify and address behavioural challenges.
- Provide mentorship on a one-to-one and small group basis, promoting positive development.
- Work in partnership with teachers and parents to create and implement behaviour support plans.
- Contribute to strategies aimed at improving the overall school climate.
- Accurately document behavioural incidents and interventions using the school's MIS system.
Requirements:
- Experience in a Behaviour Mentor role or similar position.
- Strong grasp of behaviour management techniques.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to connect with students and support their engagement in learning.
- A proactive mindset focused on finding solutions to behavioural issues.
- Knowledge of the UK educational system is a plus.
