Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome patients and visitors upon arrival
  • Direct individuals to the appropriate destination within the clinic
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area, ensuring necessary amenities are readily available
  • Provide accurate information in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Uphold office security measures and control access via the reception desk
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
  • Support the administrative and clinical teams as needed
  • Prepare clinic and theatre notes
  • Register patients with comprehensive information
  • Schedule surgery and follow-up appointments
  • Manage patient invoicing and payment processing
