Elevation Accounting and Finance are recruiting on behalf of Leeds based IT Service Provider company who are looking to bring on a Finance Assistant to their Finance team for maternity cover.
Our client, who are based in Leeds provide consultancy on various IT services and solutions to clients across not only the UK, EU but also the US too. Whilst this firm boast a strong reputation across the world with the services provided, they maintain a strong workforce based out of Leeds that openly feel valued and are given the chance to work within a positive and collaborative workforce.
Duties of a Finance Assistant consist of:
- Working alone the Financial Administrator
- Coordinate and oversee Financial Administration
- Prepare monthly client invoices
- Process supplier invoices
- Payment of supplier invoices
- Reconciling bank transactions
- Resolution of queries
Skills and experiences required for Finance Assistant
- Available to work for the next 9 to 12 months
- Experience working within a Finance Assistant or Accounts Position (1+ years experience)
- AAT qualified would be advantageous
