Our client is an established and professional firm that has an exceptional reputation within the industry. Due to their continued success, they looking to recruit a Lettings Negotiator/Administrator.
Duties will vary and they are looking for a real allrounder who has the skills to play a crucial role within the office.
Duties will include:
-General administration
- Registration of deposits
- Preparation of legal documents-Supporting senior members of staff-Attending viewings-Speaking with Landlords & Tenants-Negotiating offers-Delivering viewing feedback-Registering applicants-Marketing properties-Lettings progression
This is a challenging role and requires an experienced Lettings Professional who can demonstrate a proven track record within the Lettings sector.
This is an office-based role, but my client would be open to a 4-day week for the right person.
