As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting leaders and teams to successfully scale the business. Your focus will be on onboarding, engaging, growing, and developing people while adapting cross-organisational HR processes. You will lead initiatives that best support the team's development and growth.

What you'll do:

  • Design, support and execute people-related strategy
  • Provide strategic business partnerships and coaching to all levels of the organisation
  • Proactively assess team and organisational needs, guide informed decision-making, and implement appropriate solutions
  • Design and deliver targeted solutions focused on scale and growth
  • Take responsibility for the full employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding
  • Partner with HR Functions and Regional HR Partners for workforce planning, recruiting, employee engagement, training, and development needs

What you bring:

  • Minimum 4+ years as an HR Business Partner
  • Experience in a global environment/ scaling teams
  • Proven track record of successfully positioning as a trusted partner and impacting teams and leaders
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication and influencing skills
  • Analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving skills with experience in using data to identify insights that drive action
  • Strong consulting, coaching, facilitation skills
