Role & Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the manufacturing processes, ensuring that the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety are consistently met.
  • Leading a dedicated team to train and supervise providing guidance and support as necessary.
  • Ensuring the health and safety of shop floor employees and ensure their compliance with all PCL safety rules
  • Coordinating with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure product quality and identify areas for improvement.

Key Skills Experience

  • Previous experience of working in fast-paced manufacturing environment and be adaptable to change.
  • Previous experience in Operational / Production Management is essential.
  • Experience with OTIF
