Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one support to students with special educational needs, ensuring their individual needs are met.
- Assist the class teacher in planning and implementing tailored learning activities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes the well-being and development of all students.
- Collaborate with other professionals, parents, and external agencies to support the holistic development of students.
- Monitor and record the progress of individual students, adapting support strategies, as necessary.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is desirable.
- Relevant qualifications in special education or related field are advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for working with children with special educational needs.
