The main duties will be:
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Design and develop effective business processes to optimise the use of Microsoft Dynamics.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain data models and data dictionaries.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through data governance practices.
- Support the implementation and testing of Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and training to users.
- Document and create user stories.
- Build strong and effective relationships with the business and tech stakeholders
What we're looking for:
- Junior Business Analyst: A strong analytical mind with a keen interest in data and process improvement. Experience in business analysis is desirable but not essential.
- Senior Business Analyst: Proven experience in business analysis, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
You will need the following skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
- Experience in the recruitment industry.
- Agile Scrum experience
- Proficiency in Azure DevOp
- Experience in a Product Owner role
