PA to MD

Think Specialist Recruitment are pleased to be working with a fantastic organisation based within the Watford area. This leading client of ours have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will have previous experience of working as a PA, providing administrative support at Director level, as well as Senior Leadership Team.

This opportunity will be office based, with a WFH day on a Friday.

Working Hours - 9am-5pm
Salary - £34,000 - £39,5000 plus fantastic benefits

Some of the duties will include:

  • Providing administrative support to MD and SLT
  • Diary management including organising internal and external meetings
  • Planning and coordinating meetings for SLT
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Screening telephone calls
  • Inbox management, managing incoming emails and post
  • Arranging travel and accommodation
  • Ordering and keeping office stationery at sufficient level
  • Arranging office maintenance as required
  • Supporting with all areas of business administration

The suitable candidate:

  • Previous experience within a similar position
  • Strong communication skills at all levels
  • Highly organised with a good level of attention to detail
  • Ability to build good working relationships at all levels
  • Highly motivated
  • Ability to prioritise a heavy workload
  • Happy to be office based 4 days out of 5
