Title: Senior Project Manager for Fit for Mission
Salary: £45,000-50,000
Hours: Full-time 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Fixed term: Permanent, and includes pension with contributions made solely by employer (no employee contributions required)
Accountable to: Diocesan Programme Manager
Location: Hybrid - flexible but roughly 3 days in the office (St James House) or on visits each week. Some evening work may be required.

What You'll Do:
Working alongside the Diocesan Programme Manager, you will help spearhead this project by:
- Facilitating meaningful change and growth across our deaneries.
- Collaborating with diverse teams to deliver impactful projects.
- Monitoring progress, ensuring accountability and maintaining momentum.
- Managing and mentoring staff, fostering creativity and innovation.
