As the Registered Manager, you will lead care professionals to meet families' needs, manage change, advise on policies, oversee emergencies, and handle budgeting.
You will also be the Designated Safeguarding Lead, addressing safeguarding concerns and collaborating with the Children and Young People Disability Team.
