Technical Manager
Location: Leeming Bar
Salary: Negotiable
Hours: Monday - Friday
Type: Permanent
Responsibilities:
- General Maintenance of the Food Safety Management Systems
- Leading HACCP and TACCP teams
- Manage and support the QA team, leading them to deliver successful results
- To lead internal and external audits
- Monitor the departments KPS's, ensuring targets are achieved and improved
- To carryout senior management meetings
- To investigate and respond to customer complaints
- To work with other departments to implement change
Requirements:
- HACCP Level 4 certification
- Excellent knowledge of BRC and leading audits
- Experience within a similar position in a food manufacturing environment
- Must have experience leading a team
- Good knowledge of Health and safety requirements
- Experience of implementing improvements and innovations
- Driven and Highly Organised
