About the Role:
As the Registered Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and day-to-day operations of the agency. This includes recruiting and managing the care team, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing high-quality care to clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business development and marketing of the agency
- Day to-day management of operations and staff
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Providing high quality, person-centered care to clients
- Managing staffing, including recruitment and training
- Financial management, including invoicing and payroll
Requirements:
- Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in a management role within domiciliary care
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Driving license and access to a vehicle at all times
