What You'll Do:
- Provide top-notch customer care through regular communication and attention to detail.
- Manage all aspects of the move process, from initial contact to final delivery.
- Coordinate with various teams and third-party services to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle all necessary documentation and logistics with precision.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong knowledge of EU, Worldwide, and UK moving practices (training provided).
- Excellent communication, administration, and time management skills.
- Proven experience in customer service, both over the phone and face-to-face.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- High accuracy with figures and data entry.
- Problem-solving abilities and a knack for prioritizing tasks.
- Organizational skills with a professional mindset.
