Overview
A long-term client of ours is looking for a Finance Graduate to join the team to support them with their transactional finance tasks. They are looking for a conscientious and detail-oriented individual to work within a successful and driven finance department. The successful candidate will have excellent verbal, telephone and written communication skills and be able to prioritise tasks effectively. As the Finance Graduate, the duties will include managing the debts of creditors, ensuring timely payments are made, processing incoming funds, reconciling invoices. The successful individual will also be responsible for generating ledger reports for cash flow, cost analysis and budgeting, with additional manipulation of data from time to time.
Skills required:
- Be highly organised, experienced credit controller with the ability to multitask and work independently
- Have strong experience of working with Excel and have basic accounting knowledge with a strong attention to detail
- Have completed or be about to complete a Bachelors in Accounting and Finance (or a similar degree)
- Have completed a placement year, or have had some sort of exposure to finance, although this is not essential
