Support Worker

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Care: Deliver care and support to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Assist Daily Living: Help residents with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and meal assistance.
  • Administer Medication: Assist with the administration and recording of prescribed medications as needed.
  • Liaison: Communicate with family members, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated care.
  • Support Independence: Encourage and promote independence among residents by assisting with activities and engaging them in meaningful tasks.
  • Promote Well-being: Maintain a fun, inclusive, and professional atmosphere, fostering a positive environment for residents.

Qualifications:

  • Education: GCSEs or equivalent. NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Driving License: Full UK Driving License.
  • Clearance: Enhanced DBS (on update service).

Experience:

  • Previous Experience: Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attitude: Empathetic and Compassionate nature with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.
