We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Care: Deliver care and support to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Assist Daily Living: Help residents with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and meal assistance.
- Administer Medication: Assist with the administration and recording of prescribed medications as needed.
- Liaison: Communicate with family members, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated care.
- Support Independence: Encourage and promote independence among residents by assisting with activities and engaging them in meaningful tasks.
- Promote Well-being: Maintain a fun, inclusive, and professional atmosphere, fostering a positive environment for residents.
Qualifications:
- Education: GCSEs or equivalent. NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Driving License: Full UK Driving License.
- Clearance: Enhanced DBS (on update service).
Experience:
- Previous Experience: Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attitude: Empathetic and Compassionate nature with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.
