I am looking for an Accounts Assistant to join my clients finance department on a short term basis of a minimum of 4 weeks, in High Wycombe. You will be responsible for supporting the Accounting & Finance department in their daily operations.

Description
- Assistance with the full AP function
- Managing invoice processing and payment operations
- Assisting with month-end closing processes
- Help with Credit Control, raising and posting Credit notes
- Maintaining accounting documents and records
- Vendor Payments and Bank Reconciliations
- Ensuring compliance with standard processes and procedures
- Participating in ad-hoc projects as required
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
- Previous system experience of Navision is essential
- Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
- Confident in Accounts Payable
- Excellent organisational skills
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
