Pertemps are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our clients successful team based in Tamworth. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office. This position requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage reception day-to-day office operations, including answering phones, directing calls, and welcoming visitors.
  • Open post and distribute accordingly.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering items as needed.
  • Raising invoices and monitoring accounts.
  • Provide general support to visitors and act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
  • Ensure the office is clean, tidy, and conducive to productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Sage would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or relevant role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word, and Outlook, in particular).
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

In return:

Working Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm

Salary £22,000 - £23,000 DOE.
