Description
The Assistant Accountant will:
- Building relationships and providing excellent customer service to the business unit(s)
- Preparing and issuing monthly invoices
- Performing order processing tasks to ensure appropriate revenue recognition
- Assisting with credit control activities
- Processing creditors invoices and gpayment runs
- Prepare; analyse; and present working capital results to leadership teams
- Prepare various balance sheet reconciliations, including bank and inter-company accounts
- Assisting with special ad hoc projects that impact various stakeholders within the organisation
Profile
The Assistant Accountant will be/have:
- Computer literate with experience using Finance system/s
- Strong Excel skills
- A Finance background
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Immediately available
