Concierge Receptionist
Location – Bracknell – free onsite parking, commutable via public transport
Days/Hours – Monday – Thursday 9.00am – 3.00pm – 24 hours per week - flexibility on hours and possibility for 3 24 hours across 3 days per week.
Pay Per Hour - £12.50
My client, based in Bracknell, are looking for a good all-round Concierge Receptionist to join their team on a part time temporary basis in this ongoing booking. Your role will be to provide reception and administrative support to foster a sense of community.
Duties will include:
- Being the first point of contact for anyone coming into the campus
- Coordinating booking of meeting rooms and events
- General administration for the office
- Arrange building escorts as needed.
- Receive and direct incoming calls to appropriate personnel/tenants and voicemail.
- Provides visitors with information to navigate the building including pointing out nearest amenities and fire exits
- Continually maintains neat appearance of reception/lobby area, conference rooms café and other common areas.
- Arranging convenience/hospitality services for guests such as transportation, tickets, reservations, etc.
Essential criteria:
- Highly organised
- Good administration skills
- Proactive and flexible approach
- Prior Customer Service experience required.
- Comfortable meeting and engaging with new people.
- Has a positive attitude and a strong sense of urgency in resolving any issues that may arise.
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, handheld mobile technologies and applications.
- A minimum of 1 year of Front Desk, Concierge, customer service or other hospitality experience is preferred.
