Description
This is a tranformational role reporting in to the Operations Director with Senior Leadership Team responsibility.
The HSEQ Manager will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality, health, safety and environmental across a complex plant consisting of heavy processing machinery, high traffic volumes and substantial customer and supplier involvement:
- Develop, implement, and maintain HSEQ policies and procedures site wide
- Promote a positive HSEQ culture within the company
- Drive safety culture and training on HSEQ matters
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective action
- Lead and develop a small team
- Work closely with the SLT to drive continued growth across the organisation
- Play a strategic role in the management team to drive continuous improvement
Profile
The successful HSEQ Manager will possess a range of the following:
- NEBOSH qualification (diploma advantageous)
- Proven experience in an HSEQ role within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Experience of implementing, improving and maintaining HSEQ systems
- Strong knowledge of HSEQ laws and regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- The ability to influence and drive change
- A results-driven approach and a commitment to continuous improvement
Job Offer
