Are you ready to step into a dynamic role as an Assistant Surveyor/Assistant Asset Surveyor in the heart of Cambridge? Join the team at Cambridge City and play a pivotal part in maintaining the quality and condition of over 9800 properties.
This is a contract role with an initial 3-month term, offering an attractive rate of £30 per hour with the possibility of extension. As part of the Construction & Real Estate sector, you will be at the forefront of building maintenance and repairs, using your expertise to diagnose and remedy building defects.

- Conduct stock condition assessments for 9800 properties

Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in building maintenance and repairs
- Ability to diagnose and remedy building defects
- Knowledge of stock condition assessments
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant qualification in Building Surveying or related field
- Professional certification in building maintenance or related area
- Previous experience in a similar asset surveying role
