Our niche client is seeking a meticulous and experienced Bookkeeper to join their team on a part-time basis, with potential for a full-time position as the company grows. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, high computer literacy, and a strong background in accounts payable.
This role requires on-site work, and candidates must have their own transportation. Please note, applicants living more than one hour away from the location will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Prepare financial reports for management review.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow statements.
- Support the financial audit process by providing necessary documentation.
Experience and Skills Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role.
- Proficiency in Xero.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
