Duties;
- Preparing quotes
- Processing orders
- Providing information on pricing, product and delivery
- Dealing with customer queries
- Inputting data onto the CRM system
- Liaising with suppliers
Requirements;
- Experience working within an administrative role
- Strong IT skills
- Experience with data input
- Preparing quotes (beneficial though not essential)
- Strong customer service skills
