The key responsibilities:

  • Booking travel and accommodation
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Answering reception calls and directing to the correct member of staff
  • Managing multiple email inboxes
  • Updating information onto the system
  • Booking meetings and taking minutes

Profile

A successful Administrator should have:

  • Proven administrative experience
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
