Customer Service Adviser role - immediate start
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Taking calls, dealing with enquiries, managing customer expectations re delivery times and organising drivers if required.
The role will require answering web enquiries, online store enquiries and managing customer call backs and follow ups too.
The company will also need some e-commerce support with their Amazon and Ebay sales process but training given to the right candidate in the processes that they follow.
