Due to team expansion, they are looking for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to come in and hit the ground running with a wealth of work available! This opportunity will provide excellent opportunities for development and progression and is based in their Birmingham office, which fosters a dynamic and collaborative environment, with a hybrid work model.
About the Role
The team is looking to bring in someone who is 2-6PQE in a litigation role to their supportive environment with high levels of supervision and feedback, providing opportunities depending on experience to also help mentor and supervise juniors, allowing you to thrive and grow! This position would consist of exposure to handling a great depth of commercial litigation work, with key areas including:
- General disputes
- Contractual disputes
- Debt recovery
- Shareholder disputes
- Professional Negligence
- Injunctions
The firm has a very loyal clientele that will provide quality work with a good deal flow which offers the prospect of working closely with key clients while being encouraged to develop personal contacts and network in the market.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will be 2-6PQE, with relevant litigation experience, and knowledge of working within the Midlands will also be advantageous.
Due to the nature of the role, sound judgement, good interpersonal skills, and clear and concise communication abilities are essential.
