Job Description:
"Create SharePoint sites and pages to host the company's ISO 9001 and 27001 documentation. Design templates for these sites and pages to effectively display the ISO files. These pages and sites should use tools like Figma to create bespoke sites and pages. The pages you develop will enable users to easily browse and view the ISO standards and company handbook content directly on SharePoint."
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop user-centric interfaces for SharePoint sites using Figma.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand user requirements and business objectives.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with user needs and company branding.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Maintain and update design documentation and style guides.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a portfolio showcasing SharePoint projects.
- Proficiency in Figma
- Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.
- Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
