Build to Rent Account Manager

Your expertise and dedication will play a crucial role in elevating client relationships and driving business success in the dynamic Build to Rent market. By leveraging your strategic mindset, analytical prowess, and client-centric approach, you will be helping our client maintain its position as a leader in the industry!

Responsibilities will include:

  • Client Management and Onboarding: Act as the primary point of contact for BtR property clients, managing their accounts from onboarding to ongoing support. Provide expert advice and recommendations on industry best practices, market trends, and asset optimization strategies.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate comprehensive reports that offer deep insights into the performance of client portfolios. Analyse data on occupancy rates, rent levels, arrears, and maintenance issues, providing actionable recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
  • External Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and nurture relationships with external stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and partners. Collaborate closely with these stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and maximize value for our clients.
  • Sales Funnel Optimisation: Take ownership of the sales funnel for each client account, continuously refining and optimising processes to drive efficiency and increase conversion rates. Work closely with the internal team to identify areas for improvement and implement targeted strategies for growth.
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and execute tailored marketing strategies for each client's development site, leveraging digital channels, advertising platforms, and other tactics to drive awareness and demand. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve optimal results.
  • Project Management Support: Provide project management support for key initiatives and special projects as needed, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to coordinate efforts and overcome challenges.

Personal specification:

  • Have at?least 3-4 years experience in Real Estate (Sales, Lettings, or BTR)
  • Have a strong ability to assess the market value for the estimated rental values for each client asset
  • Strategic account management skills and strong business acumen
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Project management
  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills.

The salary package for this role will include a basic of £35,000 to £40,000, plus superb on target earnings of £85,000! Your travel costs will be paid for by the company. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.
