Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that align with the Primary curriculum, fostering a love of learning among students.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the academic, social, and emotional development of each child.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to enhance the learning experience and support student success.
  • Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities to contribute to the wider school community.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting, ideally within the UK.
  • Strong understanding of the Primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
  • A commitment to creating a stimulating and supportive learning environment.
