Operations Support Administrator - £24,000 - Ringwood

Our Client is looking for an Operations Support Administrator to join their busy team! This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic office environment where you will play a crucial role in coordinating schedules and ensuring smooth operations.   • Dealing with administration of new customer surveys
  • Scanning and uploading of all surveyor paperwork
  • Working with Building Control related administration
  • Dealing with variation of contract paperwork
  • Communicating survey-related issues with customers and answering questions.
  • Other administration tasks involved with the processing of the customer's order
  • Supporting the Installation Manager and service engineers
  • Working with the customer to arrange dates for their installation
  • Booking Installations according to the fitting teams schedules
  • Liaising with the fitting team on the day of installation to confirm the work is complete
  • Work with the contracts team for final payments
  • Order any additional parts or stock items required to complete the instillation
  • Book service engineers, surveyors, or quality control visits as appropriate
  • Record and upload relevant paperwork work on customer files
  • Keep customers updated on progress at all times and answer any relevant queries and questions

Hours are Monday-Friday 08:30am-17:30pm with an hour for lunch
Job Types: Full-time, Temp - Perm / Perm
Salary: From £24,000.00 per year
