Operations Support Administrator - £24,000 - Ringwood
Our Client is looking for an Operations Support Administrator to join their busy team! - Dealing with administration of new customer surveys
- Scanning and uploading of all surveyor paperwork
- Working with Building Control related administration
- Dealing with variation of contract paperwork
- Communicating survey-related issues with customers and answering questions.
- Other administration tasks involved with the processing of the customer's order
- Supporting the Installation Manager and service engineers
- Working with the customer to arrange dates for their installation
- Booking Installations according to the fitting teams schedules
- Liaising with the fitting team on the day of installation to confirm the work is complete
- Work with the contracts team for final payments
- Order any additional parts or stock items required to complete the instillation
- Book service engineers, surveyors, or quality control visits as appropriate
- Record and upload relevant paperwork work on customer files
- Keep customers updated on progress at all times and answer any relevant queries and questions
Hours are Monday-Friday 08:30am-17:30pm with an hour for lunch
