We are looking for an enthusiastic Activities Coordinator to enhance the lives of older people through a range of engaging and meaningful activities. Your role will involve planning and delivering therapeutic activities, both individually and in groups, and organising outings based on individual care plans. You will work closely with the team to ensure high standards of care and will need to be flexible with your hours, including evenings and weekends.
Ideally, you will have an SVQ 3 in Social Care or be committed to achieving this qualification. Strong organisational skills, self-motivation, and basic computer literacy are essential. A respect for our Christian ethos and the ability to support service users in Christian worship or their chosen faith are important aspects of the role.
