Page Personnel are partnering with s successful business who are looking for an Assistant Management Accountant to join their accountancy team on a fixed term contract for 12 months.

Our client is a successful business that has seen rapid growth in the past 12 months. They are based in Southampton and do require travel to their offices by offer a hybrid model of working.
Description
As the Assistant Management Accountant, you will be responsible for:
- Provide support for a full expense close on all month ends
- Provide Balance sheet reconciliations for areas as required and in a timely fashion
- Posting of journal entries required for expenses
- Assist with production of accounting and actuarial management information
- Assist in the generation, input and reconciliation of the financial results
- Assist with the intercompany reporting process
Profile
To be successful for the Assistant Management Accountant position, you must:
- Ability to engage and consult with senior colleagues
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work in a complex and changing environment
- Proactive approach to the resolution of problems and obstacles, escalating issues as required
- Ability to interrogate systems and understand the Expense Financial Data Model
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Experience with Workday and PowerBI would be advantageous
Job Offer
Salary £30,000 - £36,000
