Are you an administrator looking for a data entry role? Do you thrive in roles that require focus and precision? Do you have good organisation and time management skills? If so, Signature Recruitment is seeking a Data Entry Administrator for a three-month assignment at a company promoting responsible practices and ethical standards within the jewellery and watch industry. This is a full-time position, has an immediate start and is offered with four days, work from home and Tuesdays in the office based in central London.

You will join a small team of five within the Certification Team reporting to the General Manager of Certification and Assurance. As a Data Entry Administrator, you will focus on intensive data entry tasks. You will assist in processing member documentation and managing the certification processes ensuring attention to detail and accuracy. In addition, you will happily assist others with general administrative duties. This role will suit a person who is detail orientated and can maintain focus while working on repetitive tasks.

Data Entry Administrator Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing intensive high volume data entry, accurately - collating, copying and recording information
  • Processing member submissions including transferring information from the member's application to the CRM
  • Maintaining detailed company information records
  • Reconciling audit information and staying up to date on the latest Guidance, Standards and Assessment Manual changes
  • Liaising with audit firm Program Managers
  • Other ad-hoc administrative duties in order to support the team and wider company

Data Entry Administrator Key Skills:

  • Previous experience in data entry, demonstrating a capacity for collating, organising, analysing, and disseminating large volumes of information with accuracy
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards and precision in all tasks
  • Good communication with stakeholders and efficient and effective time management skills
  • Highly Proficient IT skills including the Microsoft Suite, CRM Dynamics 365 and specific analytical and reporting tools
