We are a vibrant and inclusive primary school committed to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for our students. We are currently in search of an experienced and dynamic Interim Business Manager to oversee our operational and financial management during a period of transition.
Day to Day of the role:
- Oversee the school's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Manage administrative functions such as HR, facilities, and procurement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and school policies.
- Collaborate with the Headteacher and senior leadership team for strategic planning and decision-making.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including local authorities, suppliers, and contractors.
- Lead and manage the administrative staff team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within an educational setting.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant qualifications in business management, finance, or a related field are desirable.
