Learning Support Assistant

- Previous experience working with children

Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to students with learning difficulties or disabilities, both in and out of the classroom
- Assist the class teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
- Help students overcome barriers to learning and promote inclusion within the classroom
- Support students with their academic progress, including homework, assignments, and exam preparation
- Foster positive relationships with students, promoting their emotional well-being and personal development
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as educational psychologists and speech therapists, to ensure the best support for students
- Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to the class teacher and parents/guardians as required
