Amazing Opportunity for a Sales Manager in Bedworth with an extremely successful market leading agent.

Basic salary £30,000 - £35,000 Dependent on experience

OTE £50,000+ Uncapped Key deliverables: -

Delivery of individual and team revenue against set targets through the sale of residential properties in the Walsgrave area. If you have experience within Residential sales and have previously run your own branch or department then this is definitely worth your attention.

Consideration will also be given to a candidate with a proven track record in sales looking to progress their career from an Assistant Branch Manager or Valuer role.

Job Summary

As the Residential Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and success.
You will oversee and support the sales team day-to-day operations while fostering a culture of excellence
and client satisfaction.
Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Improving branch performance.
  • Coaching and mentoring a team and assisting with training initiatives.
  • Conducting market appraisals and valuations.
  • Winning business.
  • Marketing reviews and updates with the clients.
  • Client care, building and maintaining professional relationships.

Requirements

  • Estate Agency: 5 years (required)
  • 12 months Estate Agency experience at either Valuer level or above
  • 1/2 years' Experience of managing a team
  • Confident in your ability to succeed
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of the Shipston and Warwickshire area
  • Hungry and passionate about property
  • A love for winning business
  • Full driving licence and access to own vehicle.
  • Sharp, enthusiastic, and accountable.
