Elevation Recruitment Group is partnering with a Sheffield-based business to recruit a dedicated Mechanical Fitter to join their team.
Location: Sheffield
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, Days, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct precise repairs on motors
- Perform thorough repairs on pumps and gearboxes to ensure optimal performance
- Overhaul and repair generators, maintaining industry standards
- Apply strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently
- Complete all tasks with exceptional attention to detail
Requirements:
- Solid background in electro-mechanical engineering
- Experience in condition monitoring is a plus
- Overhead crane operation experience is advantageous
- Knowledge of electrical testing is preferred
