We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to support a team in managing case files, liaising with external agencies and maintaining an internal case management system. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong command of written and spoken English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with professionals via email and phone to request files, key dates, and other essential information.
- Maintain and update the case management system to ensure accurate and timely input of data.
- Generate correspondence and documents using the case management system - ensuring all information is correct and relevant.
- Answer inbound calls professionally, dealing with queries or directing them to the appropriate person.
- Ensure all documentation and communication is proofread and adheres to UK English spelling and grammar conventions.
- Use initiative and common sense to validate the accuracy of information and raise queries where appropriate.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred.
- Proficient in using management systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- High standard of English grammar and spelling - must consistently use UK English
- Comfortable handling sensitive information and working in a confidential environment.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Able to prioritise tasks and manage a varied workload efficiently.
Hours:
- Part Time
- 2 days per week (flexible on days)
- 9am to 5pm
