A small performance marketing agency based in the heart of Cardiff who are on a great growth trajectory with two current hires and plans for more in the future.

Specifically focusing on Performance Marketing, this business works on everything from SEO, PPC and Paid Media.
A bit about the team, they have people from all backgrounds and actually have 5+ nationalities in the business, giving a unique dynamic to the team. They're incredibly passionate about what they do, hardworking and also like to have fun along the way.
They're family orientated and so they all understand there's life outside of work, this is why they offer 1 day a week from the office, however, the office is open all week if needed!

The Role:
As the PPC Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering and executing the PPC campaigns across client projects. Working with the wider team to understand challenges, goals and solutions and then getting to work to make it happen.
It's not a client-facing role and so we're not looking for someone who is extremely extroverted, an introvert would work equally well. Someone who is human and loves to work with like-minded people.
We're looking for someone who is proactive, ambitious and can use their own initiative. With 4 days from home, support is there, but of course, someone who can hit the ground running.
Agency experience is something we're keen on, perhaps you're a PPC Exec who wants to step up, don't let the title put you off, we can make it work.
About you:
- At least 2 years in a direct PPC role
- Agency experience is preferred
- Experience in the execution on PPC work
- Growth mindset
- Team player and someone who likes to be part of a team,
- Also someone who is proactive and can work autonomously whilst at home.
